All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Shipment

Carefully repackage the audio equipment in its original KEF box with all internal protective padding, cables, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians receive and inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
